Room 1
Room 1 is furnished and available for any day apart from Tuesday. The rate is $110 per day or $1100 per month (including GST). Room 1 size is 2.2 m x 3.1 m. It is available with furniture.
Room 2
Room 2 is empty and available any day. The rate is $121 per day or $1200 per month (including GST). Room 2 size is 3.8 m x 2.6 m. It is available with or without furniture.

Fees are much lower than the recommended fee set by The Australian Psychological Society of $280 for a 46–60-minute consultation.
