Consultation fees are payable at the completion of your appointment. A referral is not required unless you wish to claim a Medicare rebate. If you are attending via Telehealth, payment is generally made at the end of the session.

If you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $101.55 for up to 10 individual psychological treatment sessions per calendar year (subject to current Medicare arrangements). The full consultation fee is payable at the end of your appointment. Where eligible, your Medicare rebate can be processed immediately after payment and is usually deposited into your nominated bank account within 24 hours.
